CRIMINALS R US

If we are the good and just society we say we are then those who are treated the worst are certainly those who do the most wrong. And that those who live the best, do the most good. Using this logic of self-jusification I have found who must be the most evil and worthless group in all the land.

According to the treatment they receive, these are the greatest criminals of all, the most despised and loathed of all people. Their lives are to be spent at hard labor - with no hope of parole. Retirement is not a word in their vocabulary - it is a foregn concept - as is buying a home or a new car, or receiving adequate healthcare - all these things are not deserved of these people according to our "just and fair" society.
Many believe their suffering must be ignored at all costs. Many are like the Roman soldiers who stood around Jesus on the cross saying, "Survival of the fittest." Many just shut their eyes, hoping against hope the truth is not true. Few are the ones who realize a society without justice is a society without a future.
Those who say that truth is unknown, those who say a society can not be based on trust and those who say there is justice when there is none, are like the man who jumps off a cliff screaming, "I'm alive! I wont die!", but never sees or admits what's coming. Yet what is to come inevitably comes. To lie is to die. Many people think one day God will come to kill all the evil people, but the truth is it is they who will kill themselves!
So do you want to meet these, the most despised of us all? These whom society says deserve to do nothing but labor and die, to be used and thrown away, to be mangled without compensation, to be made to feel the crack of Pharaoh's whip every bit as much as the Hebrew slaves; those who deserve to have no solutions to their problems...
